Producer portal

The relationship with producers, from schedule to invoice

THOR standardises and automates the relationship between energy offtakers and producers: plant and contract master data, generation schedules, unavailability, settlement and invitations to invoice, with a dedicated area for each profile.

  • Dispatching users
  • Trading companies
  • Third-party producers
  • Energy back office

Features

Inside THOR

One portal, two points of view. The producer accesses the data for their plants, submits schedules and outages, receives invitations to invoice and follows invoicing. The dispatching user manages master data and contracts, checks incoming invoices and passes data for forecasting and bidding to SOLIS UPNR and ERGObid.

How it works, step by step

The lifecycle of the invitation to invoice, from opening the settlement to the producer's invoice.

01 · Open

The dispatching user starts the settlement: THOR calculates the notional amount by plant and month.

02 · Sent

After verification, the invitation to invoice is sent automatically by e-mail to the producer.

03 · Confirmed

The producer confirms receipt from the email or the interface.

04 · Closed

The producer enters the invoice data, downloads the XML for the SDI and attaches the courtesy copy.

01Who has access to THOR?

Two types of user, each with a dedicated area: producers, who manage their plants' data, schedules, unavailability and invoices, and the dispatching user, who manages master data, contracts and settlement. Profiles can be customised by plant and functionality.

02How do invitations to invoice work?

The dispatching user generates invitations to invoice for a single plant or for all plants in the month. THOR calculates the notional amount based on the contract's price formula and the metering data, sends the invitation by email and tracks its status until closure, when the producer uploads the invoice data and downloads the XML for the SDI.

03How are generation schedules uploaded?

The producer filters by plant and period and uploads the schedule by copy and paste into an Excel-like table or via the import template. The data are immediately available for forecasting and scheduling.

04Does THOR integrate with other software?

Yes. It receives contracted producers from QUE MAS, shares schedules and unavailability with SOLIS UPNR and ERGObid, and integrates with plant management software such as IDRO.
