MAS Consulting becomes part of the Terranova group

MAS Consulting joins the Terranova group: a new partnership for the Energy & Utilities market, with a joint offer for gas and power sales and the group's support to grow in Italy and abroad.

MAS Consulting joins the Terranova group

Milan, 16 July 2026. Terranova has acquired a stake in MAS Consulting, purchasing 60% of the company. The aim is to strengthen its presence in the Energy & Utilities market and create new opportunities for development, innovation and shared growth.

The purpose of the transaction

Terranova, through its Trilance division, offers software solutions for companies selling power and gas: digital tools that enable supply companies to stand out and respond to the dynamics of a constantly evolving market.

MAS Consulting develops proprietary software solutions for both power and gas supply companies and producers, with particular expertise in the hydropower sector and in the economic optimisation of generation.

MAS's sales solutions support, among other things, the management of commercial offers and energy trading, and complement Terranova's application portfolio. Integration between the two companies has already been tested successfully in joint projects, where they identified concrete operational and commercial synergies.

Terranova and MAS Consulting will bring to market a joint offer; drawing on its experience, Terranova will support MAS Consulting in expanding into national and international markets.

“This partnership is an important step in the growth of our offering for the Gas & Power Sales market. Integration with MAS Consulting's solutions allows us to further expand the value we can offer our customers, pooling specialist skills, market vision and innovation capability.”

Alessandro Vistoli, CEO and founder of Terranova

“We are very pleased with the agreement reached with Terranova. The strong complementarity of our solutions will be the real strength of this operation. Joining an organisation of this calibre is the ideal springboard for our growth in scale: it will give us the strength to tackle new markets and accelerate our projects, while safeguarding our identity and the closeness to customers that has always set us apart.”

Matteo Alberti, CEO and founder of MAS Consulting

The founding partners of MAS Consulting, Matteo Alberti, Gianluca Biondi and Enrico Milani, will continue to run the company.
