01What is PRICE ALERT?
It is the QUE MAS Suite app for monitoring power and gas prices: it tracks price curves and alerts the sales network when the set conditions occur.
02How are alerts configured?
On deltas in percentage or absolute terms, on minimum or maximum PFC values, on individual products or across different periods. Notifications arrive by email with a summary and a link to the app; other channels can be configured.
03Can open offers be monitored?
Yes. Thanks to the integration with QUE MAS, alerts can also be set on open offers, taking the customer's volume profile into account, and the price is recalculated directly in QUE MAS.
04Which market products does it track?
For power, calendar, quarterly and monthly products in baseload and peakload; for gas, calendar, month, Gas Year and the summer and winter seasons.
